    Congratulations to Katinig Alexander Diamla Dumpa for making it as one of the 27 official Participating Youths of the Republic of the Philippines to the 44th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program(SSEAYP).

    Sailing routes and countries to be visited aboard the luxurious Nippon Maru with other 10 contingents: Japan, Cambodia, Thailand, Lao, Indonesia, Malaysia, then back to Japan. From October to December 2017.
