International Conference on Climate Finance (ICCF) 2018



The 2018 International Climate Finance Conference is an opportunity for the local and international participants who are engaged in the fields of climate finance to exchange and debate upon the present and future scopes of climate finance. As a part of the Climate Finance Transparency Mechanism (CFTM) project, this two-day conference invites research and activities to build strong connections and knowledge sharing among researchers and practitioners in this field. It is an excellent opportunity to learn about the existing state of climate finance at local and global negotiations and also create dynamic discussions to engage the government, non-government, private sectors, academicians and multi-stakeholders from across the borders to address this issue at a global platform. This includes lessons learned from ongoing and completed projects or programmes related to climate finance.

 Eligibilities

Eligibility criteria for presenters:
• Age: at least 18
• Minimum Experience: enrolled in a current undergraduate programme
• Already enrolled in an ongoing research or has a proposal draft ready
• Have sincere interest in the fields of climate finance issues, both locally and globally
• International applicants must possess a passport valid till 31 January 2018
Eligible Regions: Participants from any country are welcome to apply. Presenters from Least Developed Countries will gain preference for funding.
